CELEBRATING 11 YEARS OF QUEERS

2 Levels • 2 Rooms • 2 Vibes

Friday, November 27th @ The Pearl 💋

Born from the legacy of Lick Club, Babes has played an integral role in shaping Vancouver’s Sapphic and Queer nightlife for over a decade. This community is something we’ve all built together, whether you danced under the lights at Lick, performed for your first time at our events, caught our Babes launch party, or joined the family somewhere along the way this is your legacy too. Come celebrate 11 years of Babes with us! SAVE THE DATE: Tickets drop next week, Wednesday November 4th!

In true Babes fashion, we’ll have 2 levels, 2 rooms and 2 completely different vibes! For our 11 year anni we’re stacking our stages with a fire DJ lineup and local legends! We’re also adding 2 poles to our main stage with 2 of the city’s iconic pole Dancers + 4 street dancers keeping the vibes high all night with a special performance at midnight! Upstairs will be a full blown Middle Earth experience with underground sounds by some of our fav babes fam DJs!

=====================================

Babes On Babes takes place on the shared unceded, stolen and occupied Indigenous land/territories belonging to the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Unceded means this land was never surrendered. The the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples have lived on theses lands since time immemorial and continue to hold relationship, responsibility, and law here, and we honor their history, culture, and stewardship of this land. We gather here with gratitude and intention, knowing that respect, safety, and care are part of our responsibility being on their land.
